The inner hot water bottle is supplied by German manufacturer Sanger. For production traceability the year and month of manufacture is embossed on the bottle, this has no relationship with the lifespan of a bottle. The ageing process starts once the bottle is being used.

International Delivery - from £20

All international orders will be sent by DHL Express.

DHL Express estimate a three to five working day delivery time for most destinations. At checkout your order will have a calculated shipping cost depending on the volumetric weight of your items, this is different to the actual weight. Personalised orders require an additional two working days to process.
