The conker brown leather collection is made from natural buffalo hide and is hand crafted and hand stained in India. Our full grain leather is vegetable tanned and is sourced from the bi product of the food industry.
Journals are hand crafted in Italy.
The waxed canvas range is made in China.
If you wish to know the HS code for import customs duty purposes please ask.
Our leather is sourced from certified supply chains in Southern India, with full traceability measures in place to ensure the hides do not originate from sources linked to deforestation. We use traditional vegetable tanning methods, which rely on natural tannins rather than chrome-based chemicals.
The leather itself is a byproduct of the food industry, helping to make use of materials that might otherwise go to waste. In addition, we focus on creating durable, long-lasting products designed to be used and appreciated for many years, reducing the need for frequent replacement.
We are also committed to responsible manufacturing practices and work with suppliers who uphold fair labour standards and ethical working conditions for their employees.
On most gifts the personalisation option is available to select with the maximum characters you can choose. Please note spaces and punctuation count as characters if you have any questions please email us.
Please allow up to 5 working days in addition to the delivery service you require for items that are personalised.

Next Day Service (excluding Highlands) - £15.00. Order before 12pm
Express Service - 1 to 2 days £9.00. Order before 12pm
Standard Service - 3 to 5 days £6.95
Personalised orders require 5 additional working days and will be sent once the embossing is complete. Select the shipping service you require at checkout.
International rates vary, these are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order and the destination.
The customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and DHL disbursement fees. If you require an HS code for your product please ask.
All international orders will be sent by DHL Express.

We send orders across the UK including Northern Ireland and to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
We can ship leather products only to Europe owing to GPSR regulations.

Payment is securely taken via Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

Your order will be processed subject to payment authorisation
Prices given are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
As soon as your order is ready to be packed we’ll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your order.
Our couriers collect between midday and 5pm Monday to Friday so check the progress of your order after 5pm.

Allow 5 working days for personalised orders in addition to the delivery service selected.
The estimated delivery time is based on mainland UK delivery.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund and return the product up to 28 days after purchase date.
Personalised orders are non-refundable.

If you would like to make a return request, please email or call and provide your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. One of our team members will email as soon as possible with the next step.
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you have placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please be aware that order cancellation is a time sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our team as soon as possible.

Please contact us and reference your order number and we can send you a PDF of the VAT invoice.
Shipments to global destinations including EU and Channel Islands: VAT is not chargeable, but our system charges the same selling prices. In compensation for not deducting the VAT component, our shipping charges for all destinations are subsidised.
