We hope you love our range as much as we do. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods our no quibble guarantee allows you to return non personalised goods. If you can't find the answer to your question please email sales@lifeofrileyonline.co.uk and we'll reply as soon as we can.
We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and that you return your order to us within 28 days from delivery for a refund.

Please note that due to shipping restrictions matches cannot be returned by Royal Mail.

For larger items we can add a personalised luggage tag or mini tag. Once the tag has been personalised refunds will be offered on the main item only and the standard cost of a personalised luggage tag or mini tag or other personalised add on products will be deducted.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Please ensure all items are in perfect condition and in the original inner and outer packaging, and packed securely to withstand the delivery journey. Failure to do so may leave us unable to refund you, if the item is damaged in transit.
For DHL we will send you a return shipping label which you will need to attach to the box. You will need to arrange a collection with DHL Express directly via your local customer hotline or through the link we email you. If a DHL collection cannot be arranged that fits in with your schedule you can drop your parcel off at a DHL Express Service Point. Details of which can be found at your country’s DHL Express website. Important please note DHL Express is different to DHL service points.
UK standard delivery charge for orders under £89 are refundable if the entire order is returned.
If items are returned so your order no longer qualifies for free delivery, there is a charge for standard shipping.
Next day delivery charge. Standard shipping charge is refundable only if the entire order is returned.
International shipping charges are non refundable.
When an order is placed using a discount code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Discount is not applied to personaliation options. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it.
We do not refund the gift wrap service including gift note messages.
The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt. You will be notified by email or text when the refund has been actioned.
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and / or you deem are faulty, please contact us immediately before sending the item back to us.
