All cancellable goods received between 15th November and 19th December 2025 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time on or before 15th January 2026 for a refund. Returns after 15th January will not qualify for a refund.
For all cancellable goods delivered on 20th December 2025 or after, our standard return policy applies.
Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification.

Goods must be in perfect condition, and in the original inner and outer packaging, all items must be securely packaged. There is a restocking fee of £10 for damaged packaging.
Should you wish to order the same product and have more than one personalised, you will need to add your first item to the cart, and then go back and add a subsequent item(s). Should you experience any problems then please get in touch and we can advise you further.

Last order date for Christmas delivery is midday 22nd December 2025 with next day delivery service.
Our office is closed from midday 23rd December until 9am 5th January.
From midday 23rd December 2025 all standard orders will be dispatched from 5th January 2026.
Next day delivery orders placed between 23rd -28th December will be delivered 30th December.
After 29th December next day deliveries will resume on 6th January 2026.
Personalised orders will be dispatched from 5th January 2026.
