All cancellable goods received between 18th November and 20th December 2024(inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time on or before 6th January 2025 for a refund. Returns after 6th January will not qualify for a refund.
For all cancellable goods delivered on 21st December 2024 or after, our standard return policy applies. See Returns Policy.
Goods must be in perfect condition, and in the original inner and outer packaging, all items must be securely packaged. There is a restocking fee of £10 for damaged packaging.
Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification.
Should you wish to order the same product and have more than one personalised, you will need to add your first item to the cart, and then go back and add a subsequent item(s). Should you experience any problems then please get in touch and we can advise you further.

We will be closed from midday on Monday 23rd December 2024 and re-open on Friday 27th December 2024.
